WE DESIGN

First step is design process. The process results in detailed technical specification, which are the starting point for our programmers. Such specifications should include:

• introduction (What is the software’s purpose? What basic processes does it support? Who are the users?)
• list of objects which the software must include (e.g. users, orders, suppliers, customers etc.)
• description of processes, the logical structure of the system
• user interface drafts, description of the basic tools
• specifications of existing documentation essential for building the system (e.g. documents, databases etc.)

A specification of a graphical work is a list of guidelines for webmaster and a specification of internet ads is a scenario.

WE DEVELOP

After acceptance of the specification we start to develop according to schedule confirmed by customer.

WE IMPLEMENT

Implementation is the last step of the process. Most often the implementation consists of few elements:

• testing in our office,
• testing with customer,
• implementing final version,
• implementing users’ corrections.

AFTER- SALES SERVICE

After-sales service comprises a continuous support and possibility of further application or system development.
